We’re Darlene & Stacey, a mother-daughter duo who fell head over heels for Mahjong from the very first shuffle of the tiles. What started as a casual game turned into an obsession - and now, a mission: to grow a vibrant American Mahjong community right here in Calgary.

At Mahj Social Club, we believe Mahjong is more than a game. It’s a reason to gather, laugh, and keep our brains sharp (preferably with a cocktail in hand). Regardless of whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned player, we’re here to make learning fun, social, and just a little cheeky.

Our vision? A city buzzing with Mahjong nights, tournaments, retreats, and unforgettable events. We offer public lessons and social play, private in-home lessons, event facilitation, and even corporate team-building experiences - because connection is always in style.
